Daisy Chain Block - RBD Block Challenge 2022
It is time to start the 2022 Riley Blake Designs Block Challenge! And I am super excited - this is the third year that I am participating. The challenge goes at a wonderful pace - easy to keep up and so much fun to see everyone's blocks as you sew along!
This is the Block 1 of the RBD Block Challenge for 2022!
It is the Daisy Chain Block, which was designed by Lori Holt of Bee in my Bonnet!
For my fabric choice this time, I am using the Notting Hill collection from Amy Smart of @DiaryofaQuilter. I am teaming my blocks with Kona Cotton Lapis from Robert Kaufman
This free quilt block pattern is a fun way to experiment with the fabrics and colours to see how the blocks come together.
If you want a little more help with the block - there is also a tutorial available. Click here - RBD Block Challenge 2022 - Block #1
If you want to read more about the Riley Blake Design Block Challenge here is a link to the RBD announcement, this includes the fabric requirements.

The block challenge is running from January 4th until May 17th 2022, and includes 16 free block patterns in total. Each block pattern will be released on a Tuesday, except for the last Tuesday of the month - where we have a chance to catch up if needed!
